1. What we use

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

We use localStorage in your browser to:

• Store your chat history on this device, so it persists between visits in this browser
• Remember whether you have acknowledged the medical boundary notice
• Store any private reflection notes you choose to type on the Ordinary movement and Reflection prompts pages
• Remember whether you have collapsed the chat sidebar
• Count your chat turns within a rolling 24-hour period, so the complimentary allowance can be applied

All of these keys begin with lg_. This site does not use localStorage to identify you, profile you, or track you across other sites.

This localStorage data is not synced to our servers and is not transmitted to third parties. Separately, when you submit a chat message, the message and the conversation context needed to generate a reply are sent to OpenAI through its API; see our Privacy Policy for details.

2. How to clear localStorage

You can remove this data at any time by clearing your browser storage for legs.guide. This will also clear your chat history and any private reflection notes. Because this data exists only in your browser, we cannot retrieve it, read it, or delete it for you. It does not follow you to another device or browser, and anyone with access to this browser profile can read it.

3. Server logs

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard server logs including IP address, request timestamp, and user agent for security and performance. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
